A content studio for small brands

The structural support
behind every upload.

Send us your raw footage. We re-cut it to the trends moving on TikTok, Reels and Facebook this week, post it on schedule, and tell you exactly what worked — so your brand can stop guessing and start being seen.

§ 01 — Founder

Twenty-two years fixing spines. Twenty-two years building a small business without an ad budget.

Dr. Jeremy R. Barone, DC — chiropractor, Navy veteran, small-business owner for twenty-two years. I built Barone Spinal Care out of a one-room clinic in Schaumburg, Illinois in 2003. Today the practice has realigned over five thousand patients globally. I did it without an ad budget. I did it by being on camera, being honest, and being everywhere people were already scrolling.

Along the way I watched friends — other clinic owners, café owners, founders of small DTC brands — die at 240 views. Not because the work was bad. Because the cut, the hook, the sound, the rhythm weren’t speaking the language the feed was speaking that week. I learned to crack that loop for my own practice. Now I run it for ten other small businesses every quarter.

Raised in the projects of Buffalo, NY by a single mother who completed her master’s degree while working in a sponge factory. Severe scoliosis as a child — ribcage deformed, one shoulder higher than the other — pulled straight at 18 by the NUCCA technique I now teach. United States Navy, USS George Washington. Palmer College of Chiropractic — Class President, NUCCA Club President, ten years adjunct faculty teaching upper cervical care to over 500 doctors. Motocross since 2006. Still showing up.

§ 02 — How it works

Three steps. One studio. Zero busywork on your side.

From the moment you drop a folder into our portal, your week of content is in motion. Most clients spend less than 20 minutes a week with us after onboarding.

01

You send us footage.

Phone clips, B-roll, customer testimonials, product shots — whatever you have. Drop it in our portal once a week. No scripts, no shot lists, no studio time required. We work with what’s real.

Mon · Footage drop
02

We scrape the trends, then edit you in.

Every Tuesday morning our team pulls the sounds, formats, hooks and pacing that are spiking across your category. By Thursday, your footage is cut into 5–7 posts engineered to ride those waves — not chase them.

Tue–Thu · Edit & match
03

We post, then we report back.

We publish on cadence across TikTok, Reels and Facebook. On Monday you get a one-page brief: what landed, what stalled, what to shoot more of. The loop tightens every week.

Every Monday, the brief lands in your inbox.

Not a vanity dashboard — a one-page narrative on what your content did last week, why, and what to shoot more of. Below is what one looks like.

§ 06 — Receipts Sample cases

Real brands. Real weeks. Numbers we’ll show your accountant.

§ 07 — In their words Sample voices

What it sounds like when the loop tightens.

I was paying an agency $4,800 a month to post twice a week. Barone’s team posts seven times a week, edits to what’s actually moving, and sends me a one-pager I can read with my coffee. I cancelled the agency in week three.

Maya R. · Founder, Olive & Stone Sample

The trend brief alone is worth it. I used to scroll TikTok for three hours pretending it was research. Now I know what to shoot Monday morning and the team handles the rest of the week.

Daniel K. · Owner, Hanno Skincare Sample

We hit two million views on a phone-shot reel of me grinding beans. Foot traffic doubled in eight weeks. I don’t fully understand what they did. I just know my landlord noticed.

Jules M. · Owner, Field Notes Coffee Sample

The honest part is what got me. Their Monday brief told me one of my best videos was a fluke and not to chase it. I’ve never had a content team say no to me before.

§ 08 — Questions

Things founders ask us before they sign.

01
How much footage do I actually need to send each week?
Aim for 20–40 minutes of raw, unedited phone footage per week — B-roll, customer conversations, behind-the-scenes, product close-ups, anything. We do the cutting. If you’re short one week, we’ll pull from the back catalog and remix; nothing breaks.
02
Do you write scripts or hooks?
Yes — but only after the Tuesday trend pull. Hooks are written to match formats that are spiking that week, not generic templates. You approve them in 60 seconds via the portal.
03
What platforms do you post to?
TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook (including Facebook Reels — most studios skip it and you’re leaving roughly 40% cheaper CPM on the table). YouTube Shorts is on the roadmap for Q4 ’26.
04
Will I see the edits before they go up?
Yes — every cut sits in your portal for 24 hours before posting. Tap approve or send a comment. If you don’t look, we post on schedule. That’s a feature, not a bug.
05
What does the Monday brief actually look like?
A single PDF: top three performing posts, top three under-performers with one-line diagnoses, two specific shot recommendations for the coming week, and a single sentence on what the algorithm is rewarding right now in your category. Designed to be read in three minutes.
06
Why a waitlist?
We onboard ten brands a quarter. It’s the only way to keep the studio personal and the briefs sharp. The waitlist is first-in, first-served — and the next cohort opens in Q3 ’26.
